I talked about this once a long time ago on the old forum, but was bored and looking for something to talk about; What are some songs that you like/dislike more on the album versions, versus the live versions. For me, a song like The Spirit Carries On, I think is waaaaaay better on LSFNY than on the album. The whol choir, the vibe, just way better than on the album. But, on the flip side, I think Home, specifically that opening chorus dropped d riff has way more kick behind it on the album than live. Thoughts on other tracks?

Pretty sure I'm stating the obvious here, but, doesn't it seems like all of the lyrics on ADToE could have an angle of interpretation towards Mike leaving the band/not being in the band anymore?

I miss these formats. Both times I've seen DT, they have been evening with shows, and I think they are waaaaaaay better than the normal opener/headliner format. I just feel like you get more bang for you buck, especially with DT. I mean, a 90 minute DT show probably gets you only 10-12 songs. Whereas with An Evening With show, you get 90 minutes of DT, a fifteen minute pee break, then another 90 minutes. Perfect for DT and their style/long song format. I don't know, maybe I'm being selfish???
