The upcoming Dream Theater DVD / video release will be called "METROPOLIS 2000: Scenes From New York".
As already reported, the tentative release dates are:
Europe: Monday, February 26th, 2001
USA: Tuesday, February 27th, 2001
The contents of the VHS video will be "Scenes From A Memory" in its entirety from its final performance at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City on August 30th, 2000.
The contents of the Special Edition DVD will be:
1. SFAM in its entirety from its final performance in New York City
2. Audio Commentary throughout SFAM by all 5 members of Dream Theater
3. Over 1 hour of bonus live material
4. Behind The Scenes Documentary
5. Metropolis 2000 World Tour Photo Gallery

Here are the tentative release dates for the DVD / Video of Dream Theater's performance at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City on August 30th, 2000:

Dream Theater can be heard on three tracks of a soon to be released acoustic live album by Nick D'Virgilio and Neal Morse from Spock's Beard. The album will be called "Two Seperate Gorillas", and was recorded at various shows on Nick and Neal's acoustic tours of Germany and Holland. Dream Theater can be heard on the covers "Papa Was A Rolling Stone" (The Temptations) and "Baba O'Riley" (The Who), and Mike Portnoy does vocals on the cover "Strawberry Fields" (The Beatles). The album can be pre-ordered now at RadiantRecords.com.
The release date for Live Scenes from New York in the US has been changed from October 16th to October 23rd. The re-release of "Live Scenes From New York" is now available for pre-ordering at CDnow and CDUniverse. The "Flaming Apple" has been replaced with a golden "Majesty" logo and all existing copies of "Live Scenes From New York" with the Flaming Apple artwork are being recalled.
The album will be released in Canada on October 9th.

On October 14th Dream Theater will play the Maaspoort in Den Bosch Holland. Prior to their gig we are currently organizing a convention that will take place from 1 PM until 6 PM (doors close at 5 PM!), also in the Maaspoort. It will be a pleasant gathering of fans. The total program is still under construction, but so far we can tell you that there will be a mini Metal Market, where you can buy interesting CDs and stuff we will show interesting Dream Theater material on the video screens in the Maaspoort foyer (with bar, snackbar, restaurant), Anomaly (see review in the coming fanzine) will play from 4 PM until 5 PM. EVERY HOUR WE WILL DRAW LUCKY WINNERS OF BACKSTAGE PASSES, THAT WILL ENABLE YOU TO MEET DREAM THEATER DURING A SPECIAL MEET & GREET AFTER THE SHOW!

The Official French Dream Theater Fanclub, "Your Majesty", has just launched a very complete Dream Theater promotional CD discography on their website. For each CD, they provide scans of the artwork, the tracklisting, country of origin, and more.
There will be a 24 hour pay-per-view broadcast on Saturday, April 1st, and June 29th, 2000 at 6 pm PST / 9 pm EST, of Dream Theater's performance at the House Of Blues on March 3rd, 2000.
The broadcast will be in Windows Media format on the House Of Blues website (not TV or satellite). Low bandwidth streams (28K and 56K) are free. Faster streams (100K, 300K and 650K) will go on sale soon.

The two live tracks were recorded on Friday, November 12th, 1999, at Ancienne Belgique in Brussels, Belgium.
