Dream Theater

For the first time ever, I had the HONOR to be in a DT concert. It was the first time they were performing in Costa Rica (hopefully won't be the last) and it was awesome!! Great lighting, sound was not perfect but it was due to the location they played in, but most important, each and every single one of their performances was incredibly great. I had the chance to listen to Bridges in the sky, Silent Man, Root of all evil, Beneath the surface, The spirit carries on (my favorite song of all times!!) and many more in a 2 hours+ concert. Of course it would have been great to listen to Dance of Eternity live, but the concert fulfilled and exceeded my expectations!

Mike Mangini's performance was unbelievable. I love the way he plays, his flawless technique and enthusiasm were noticeable. I miss Portnoy, but I coudln't agree more with the band's decision to bring Mangini into the family. Thank you for everything, but mainly for sharing your music with all the fans in Costa Rica. Hope to see you again soon!!!

My favorite band in my favorite country. I'm jealous!

The show was great (even though the venue wasn´t the most adequate) and the playlist was a nice surprise for me!
Hope we costarrican fans proved it was worth coming over, and even more important, the you guys start taking us into account for future tours!

It was great seeing DT live again, specially on my birthday!! Thanks for the best gift of all!!
